Tim Bedner News February 11/07 - New website feature added - Guitar Tips Archive February 9/07 - Some new developments - I'll be co-directing a guitar ensemble at Alcorn Music Studios in Ottawa if anyone would like to join us. Also, I'll be the host of a new lecture series at Alcorn Music Studios called Inside the Music. Our first guest will be guitarist Mike Rud on Sunday April 29. September 6/06 - New mp3's have been added to the Recordings & Books page September 1/06 - Thanks to all who have sent emails to check in - this has proved to be a summer of changes. I have moved north to the Ottawa area of Ontario, Canada. What a lot of planning, boxes, and paperwork! All is working out well so far. It's great meeting interesting new people, and I am working on my solo CD. People seem to keep asking me if this is my first Ottawa winter..... should I be nervous? August 23/05 - mark your calendar for what promises to be an interesting event. On Saturday September 10/05 I'll be performing at The Mattress Factory on the North Side from 6-9 PM as part of a free jazz/poetry concert with Oliver Lake, Huang Xiang, Roger Humphries and others. August 22/05 - fall lesson times are filling up fast - be sure to get in touch if we haven't scheduled your lesson yet August 17/05 - a new direction - I have accepted a part-time faculty position teaching guitar in the music department at Saint Vincent College in Latrobe PA July 20/05 - new website feature added - check out the photo links on the photos page July18/05 - Duquesne University Summer Guitar and Bass Workshop begins July 25. There's still time to register, or you can register on-site. June 30/05 - website launched |
